For centuries, little girls have played with dolls; Raggedy Ann, Cabbage Patch Kids, and Barbies, but there’s another kind of doll which has derived a community to come together in Brockport, NY that isn’t for little girls. These women create, collect and nurture handmade, hyper-realistic reborn dolls as if they were their own children. However, like real babies, when they come into the world, not everyone’s ready.
